Rates & Reservations

No Booking Charges or security deposits - a $100 credit-card payment secures your reservation.
Pay on arrival with cash, traveler checks or a major credit-card.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival - no charge!

Cancel within 30 days of arrival - the $100 is forfeited.

Our Guarantee to you: If for any reason the property allocated to you on arrival should be unsuitable for you, we will offer you one or more alternative homes. In the unlikely event that none of these are acceptable we will refund to you 100% of any payments made.
